My Journey DC supports the work of agency professionals who are there to coach and guide residents on their path to career success.
All My Journey DC professionals should reach out to the DC Workforce Investment Council if they need more information or are interested in getting set up with an account.
Please note the Participant Portal is no longer active for DC residents.
Professionals have access to a resident's full record, and can easily refer residents to other resources.
My Journey DC enables professionals to see how and where a resident is being served across the workforce system - not just those in the same agency or community-based organization. Professionals can also refer residents to services and resources provided by organizations across the District.
